In order that the time spent with a Belladonna model is safe and enjoyable for all, we have found that a few simple procedures are necessary. If your question about our booking policies and procedures is not answered here, please call 866 480 8681, we will be happy to assist you however we can.
A: For same-day appointments you must call the number above. No emails, as we are unlikely to read them in time.
We are also happy to make bookings for you in advance, as our models do book up rather quickly, but your appointment is not guaranteed until the day of the appointment when you call to confirm. (At least two hours before your appointment).
We will do everything we can to ensure that the model you requested is available, but the models set their own schedule. If for any reason the model you requested turns out to be unavailable on the day of your appointment we will work with you to try to make satisfactory alternative arrangements.
A: Prior to your appointment we require the details of a photo ID (driver's license/passport) that you will use to identify yourself which includes your real name, along with a state and city.
You must provide a phone number where we can call you back. This will only be used to call to confirm the number and to check that you are legitimate, unless you request that we call you for any other reason.
We will not schedule you without this information. Referrals from other related agencies or individuals are always welcome, but will not be considered until after we have confirmed your ID information and telephone call-back number.
When you arrive for your appointment you must furnish proper identification. This includes the driver's license that we have on file for you, and preferably a business card or other proof of employment.
If you do not have your ID with you, or the details on it differ in any respect from those provided at the time you scheduled your appointment, you will be asked to leave immediately
Please note that giving any false or misleading information, or any other inappropriate conduct will result in you being banned from TheBelladonna and your name being blacklisted with other agencies and independents.
These rules are intended to provide, and have been found necessary for the safety and security of the models. Our insistence on them is in part why the models have chosen to be represented by us. They are quite simply non-negotiable. Knowing that you are who you say you are will allow your companion to relax and focus her attention upon you!
A: TheBelladonna goes to great lengths to keep your information completely confidential, and it is discarded after your appointment. This includes safeguarding electronic storage media, shredding paper and staff training. We understand your concerns about privacy, but the safety and comfort of the models we represent is equally important and depends on us knowing who you are.
Just as we respect your desire for privacy and confidentiality, we would also encourage you as a matter of courtesy to exercise a level of discretion that will contribute towards the security of your chosen companion.
A: You must CALL to confirm a minimum of two hours prior to your appointment (except for same day requests). Failure to confirm your appointment within this time will result in the cancellation of your appointment, and we will book someone else in the time slot you requested. No email confirmations are accepted.
A: We understand that sometimes this is unavoidable. Please try to call and cancel at least an hour before your scheduled meeting. No-shows are taken very seriously and will be blacklisted with TheBelladonna. Please note that we share information about persistent no-shows with other agencies and independents
A: Mostly. As with our clients, our models do occasionally have emergencies that cause schedules to vary and cancellations on our end. We do all that is possible to avoid these situations, yet unfortunately not everything can be controlled. We will give you at least an hours notice if a model becomes unavailable provided that we get at least that much notice from the model. We expect high professional standards from those we represent, but the models are ultimately responsible for their own schedule
A: No. Your donation is all-inclusive. Tipping your model is not necessary, but is always appreciated!

A: Absolutely! Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we seek your repeat business. Our model's photos are authentic, un retouched and updated frequently. The models do their own hair and makeup prior to a shoot so you are simply seeing the girl at her own best
Be assured also that the model you see in the picture is the one you will meet. In the event that the model you request is forced through unavoidable circumstances to cancel the appointment, we will endeavor to give you at least an hours notice, and in any event will talk with you to see if satisfactory alternative arrangements can be made.
A: Yes, but please give as much advance notice as possible. Our Models often live out-of-state and must know before they leave for Boston if they have to shop for and pack specific items.
